Beginning Drupal Contribution
Contributing to Drupal, especially core, can be a little daunting at first. But it is actually very simple to get started. If you are anything like me, an introvert with a certain reservation against even online forums, you might view Drupal Contribution as thoroughly impossible. For instance, the php5 package on raring release channel (Ubuntu 13.04) currently has PHP 5.4.9. WordPress Admin Bar Plugin leaves a white gap
WordPress 3.1 came with its own admin bar and the developer of the admin bar plugin decided to stop working on it. The new admin bar was functional, and built-in to WordPress core itself but it lacked (and still lacks) some of the things that makes WordPress Admin Bar plugin great.
