Warp

I used to consider Warp a secondary terminal, only firing it up when I needed its AI features. However, with their recent updates introducing vertical tabs that show the status of each terminal and AI agent, it has become the natural command center for my agentic workflows. It’s now my primary daily driver.

There is a catch: Warp has a pretty sketchy relationship with Fish, which is my preferred shell. Since the official workarounds didn’t stick for me, I implemented a parallel Zsh configuration just for Warp. It requires installing Zsh both natively and via Homebrew to handle pathing at the start of an SSH session, but the ability to monitor multiple AI agents simultaneously makes the compromise worth it.
