Coolify

I use Coolify both at work and in my dedicated home lab. It is my platform of choice for running my own applications, whether it’s for a side project or professional deployments.

It’s essentially a self-hosted alternative to platforms like Vercel or Heroku, but completely under my control. I can just spin up a Docker Compose stack or point it to a Git repository, and it handles the heavy lifting. I am inherently lazy, so having a UI to manage deployments, databases, and SSL certificates across both work and personal servers is a game-changer. It turns out there’s a better way to manage infrastructure without doing everything by hand.
